JAYCO Packline designs and supplies packaging from Gujarat, India's industrial and port state. We serve brands, fillers, processors and importers who need packaging that is reliable, correctly specified and lighter on the planet.
What we do
We design packs around your product, then manufacture and source them through our own finishing operations and a network of vetted paper mills, corrugators and printers in Gujarat.
Every order has one owner on our team, a written specification and photo updates from production through container loading.

Sustainable, reliable and eco-friendly by design
We start from paper and paperboard and add other materials only when your product needs them.
Renewable materials
Paper and board made from wood fibre and recycled fibre, sourced from Indian mills.
Recyclable packs
Paper bags, cartons and protective paper packaging fit existing paper recycling streams in most markets.
Less plastic
Paper honeycomb, partitions and moulded pulp replace plastic void fill and foam where possible.
Right-sized
Cartons sized to the product and the container cut wasted board, freight cost and emissions per unit.
Water-based inks
Available for paper bags and corrugated print, on request.
